How we support your health

Sierron offers a comprehensive benefits package with multiple plan options, so you and your family can choose the coverage that actually fits.

Medical Insurance

Sierron offers a choice of medical plans — HSA, HMO, and PPO — so you can pick the coverage style that matches your life, whether that means lower premiums, predictable copays, or more flexibility. Every plan includes medical and prescription drug coverage, preventive care, and tools to help you stay well year-round. Costs and features vary by plan, including an option with premiums fully covered by the company. Sierron covers 50% of medical insurance premiums for our employees.

Dental Insurance

Dental PPO plans built around what people actually want: solid preventive coverage, support for bigger procedures, and an option that includes orthodontia. In-network preventive care is typically covered at no cost, and both plans carry an annual maximum to help offset larger expenses. Want more coverage? The buy-up plan raises that maximum and adds orthodontia benefits. Sierron covers 50% of dental premiums for our employees.

Vision Insurance

Our vision plan gives you access to a broad provider network and covers annual exams, lenses, and frames or contacts — lowering the cost of both routine care and corrective eyewear. In-network visits stretch your benefit furthest, though out-of-network reimbursement is available. Vision premiums are fully covered by Sierron.

HSA/FSA Accounts

Set aside pre-tax dollars for the expenses that come up — deductibles, copays, prescriptions, dental and vision costs, dependent care. If you’re enrolled in the HSA plan, the account is yours for good, even if you leave Sierron, making it as much a long-term planning tool as a way to cover today’s costs. Sierron also contributes funding toward your HSA to help offset deductible costs.
